2. Email them / Call them. alien

3. Tell them you bought a product from them and when you used the strings, it made your fingers red and it caused an allergic reaction pig

. Say that you've been using the strings since you started playing and you've never had a problem with it Basketball

. Question their quality control and shit like that Exclamation

. (For more than one set, you could say most of the strings were bad.)
4. If they ask for photos/manufacturing code, say you threw them out because you were really concerned with your health pale

5. Generate receipt if needed.
